Automatic stirrup bender is CNC equipment for mass-production of reinforcing steel bar stirrups on for construction purpose. It serves to straighten steel coils by means of rolling from both horizontal and vertical directions and cut and bend the steel bar into desired shape pre-set and stored in the industrial computer, which is capable of storing 500 different linear patterns for process. The feeding, straightening, cutting and bending processes are controlled by servomotors, which guarantee the desired precision.

The automatic stirrup bender features high efficiency, high precision, low noise, low power consumption, and easy operation. It is the perfect combination of traditional steel bar processing jobs on construction sites, and at the same time it reduces the cost of labor and waste of building material.
